The comfort zone is a safe space where we don’t risk, but neither do we grow. There is nothing wrong with being in your comfort zone, but sooner or later you want out or are forced out. And then what?
Changes are happening all around us, if we want to or not. Some we can incorporate in our life, need adjustment or guidance to fit in our lives. That’s where coaching can help. Magical things happen outside the comfort zone. Change and growth occur, however there is also the dreaded panic zone. So it’s important to find the right balance in life based on a deep knowledge of where our comfort zone is and what rewards (or reaping the benefits) we can find when we overcome its limits.
